Facebook Crosspost SNAFU
Facebook is still not crossposting from this blog. So I'll just paste links over there for those you like to use FB as a central info service. But there are other options.

Just click on above link, sign up, and FeedBlitz will deliver my posts to your email account. I've used it for some time now and no problems.

No problems with Google Reader so far. You can follow your favorite sites all in one place. I also use Bloglines but have been having trouble with it. Sometimes it gets wonky. Check out the box on the right side of my blog, Subscribe To Ray's X-Blog. Other services besides Google are available.
There is also Google Friend Connect. I'm not familiar with it, never took the time to use it, but it allows you become a follower of a blog.
So keep up the great work, Facebook. It's not like users are completely stuck with your service.

Are you using networked blogs on facebook? I haven't had any problem with it not cross-posting.

These are the instructions on Facebook I used to crosspost:
"Facebook allows you to quickly and easily import an external blog from another website. On the Notes page, click the Import a blog link on the right side of the page.Enter the URL (web address) of your blog into the text box, and check the box underneath that states that you agree to our Terms of Use.To complete the process, click on "Save Settings." Once you do this, your previous posts will appear as notes and any new posts you make will automatically display."
I'm assuming this is different than NetworkedBlogs. Someone told me that NB was a third party app and that at one point he received notification that Facebook wasn't going to allow NB any more but his crossposting kept working.
I checked out the NB site and noticed that they were having problems with FB streams.
My head is spinning with all of this stuff, programs and apps. I think I'll just copy and paste links into my FB News Feed or Notes. Sometimes DIY is better than going completely automatic.
Less apps/programs to tend, more time for writing.

Eh, like people on Facebook can pull themselves away from making farms or some crap to pay attention to blog stuff.
